Chef Sarah was born in Clare, Michigan and has, from a young age, adored baking. Starting first alongside her grandmother baking Christmas cookies every year, she became inspired to continue her practice at ICC, where she mastered the culinary art of pastry chef. After various stints at Michelin-starred restaurants in New York City, Sarah was thrilled to finally realize her dream of opening a shop of her very own.
